ABOUT ME

My name is Rebecka Hadjipetri and I am a CAREER ADVISOR and CAREER COACH. I have been working with study-, vocational-, and career guidance and coaching since 2011. My educational background within the field is:

• Bachelors degree in the Study- and vocational guidance program, Malmö University, 2011-2008
  

The program focuses in social science, behavioral science and interview methodology

• Master degree in Work science; Career development, 2023-2022

The program focuses on work and organisation science, career learning and interview methodology

In my masters thesis "Women and business owner" (2023) I chose to write about women's career opportunities and challenges as business owners in Sweden, as I have been interested in self-employment as a form of work and occupation for a long time. I have myself now started a company within CAREER GUIDANCE and CARRER COACHING with the goal of reaching more people and working more creative.

With CAREER GUIDANCE it is possible to support individuals to advance in career related areas. I want to do this so more people will increase their self-awareness, their self-confidence and increase their knowledge of different options in order to have better job satisfaction and sustainability in working life and a better work/life balance.
